Delivery charges

Delivery in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany is completely free, regardless of the amount of your basket. Your items will be sent directly to the delivery address provided, with no extra fees.

Preparation and shipment

Have you found a product you like? We make sure to send it to you quickly. Each order is prepared with care and efficiency.

Here is how our logistics process works:

- Once the order is confirmed, allow 1 to 2 working days for its preparation — sometimes less. Delays may be added on weekends or holidays.

- After preparation, your parcel is shipped. The average delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.

As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your order. You can also check its status on our tracking page.

Order received?

We hope you are satisfied with your items! If not, or if you wish to make a return, please consult our return and refund policy to know the steps to follow.

Damaged item?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Sometimes parcels are damaged during transport. In this case, we will send you an identical product free of charge the first time. In case of a second incident, a full refund will be made.

How to order on Altavita?

Placing an order is very simple: go to the product page of your choice and click on “Add to basket.”

Select the options (size, color, etc.), then click on “Complete the order.” Enter your delivery address, check the information, then click on “Next – Delivery.”

A summary will appear and you will confirm that delivery is free. Then click on “Next – Payment.”

Parcel not received?

If your order is lost or does not arrive due to transport reasons, we will send you a new parcel free of charge. If you still do not receive it within 60 days, we will proceed with a full refund.
