Return and refund policy
Essential Information
- Returns accepted within 30 days after receipt
- Refund made within 14 days after return approval
- No restocking fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Exchange possible depending on item availability
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, contact us at info@altavita.fr stating your order number. If the shipment has not yet taken place, we will proceed with the cancellation without difficulty. Otherwise, our return policy will apply.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
You have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange a product without needing to provide a reason.
Before sending back an item, please check that:
- The items have not been worn or washed
- The original tags are still attached
- The original packaging is used if possible
In other words: you may try on the item, but not use it before returning it.
If all conditions are met, contact us at info@altavita.fr. We will then provide you with the return label to print.
Refund Process
Once the package is returned and received (we recommend sending with tracking and providing us with this number), our team will check the items. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation by email and the refund will be made within 14 days.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If, exceptionally, you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order (e.g., wrong size or color), do not worry.
Send us a photo of the concerned product, your order number, and a brief description by email to info@altavita.fr. In most cases, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
