When will I receive my order?

Processing an order generally takes between 1 and 2 working days. The average delivery time in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany is then 4 to 6 working days.

The stated time has passed and I have received nothing — what should I do?

What should I do if the parcel is damaged upon receipt?

Important: please attach clear photos of the observed damage.

Do not return the parcel without first contacting us and sending the photos. This will allow us to provide you with a quick and effective solution.

Did you order the wrong item, an incorrect size, or have you changed your mind?
